The Grand Lodge of BC held their first meeting of 2026 in the Sir William Burnip #12 Lodge Rooms, Nanaimo, BC on the weekend of April 17-19.
Friday night the Brothers of Sir William Burnip Lodge hosted a meet and greet in their Lodge rooms.
Saturday opened with the Examining Council who are happy to report that Bro. Wes Zannet passed. This was followed by the Knight's Chapter #1 meeting and then the Sir William Burnip Lodge meeting at which Brothers George Hillier and Jack Allen were raised to the 3rd degree.
Following the meeting Brothers went to the Black Bear Pub for a delicious dinner and a few drinks.
Sunday started with the Sir Roy Tennant, R.O.H. Assembly meeting which was followed by the Grand Lodge meeting. At this meeting Brother Geoff Barron, K.O.M. was installed as the Grand Primo of the Grand Lodge of BC for 2026-27.
After the meeting Brothers were fed with sandwiches etc. before they made their way to their homes until we meet again in September.
